David BAILEY Obituary
After a courageous, brave, determined fight Dave finally found peace, at Nurse Maude Hospice, Christchurch, on Thursday, October 9, 2025; aged 54 years. Much loved husband of Sharon, adored Dad of Kelsea, Emma, Luke and Zak. Beloved son of Lyn Bailey and Lindsay Richards, and Paul Bailey and Carolyn Robertson. Treasured brother and brother-in-law of Sharon and Gavin Glover, and loved uncle of Fynn and Dexter. Loved son-in-law of Joan and the late Noel Hooper, and brother-in-law of Andrea Hooper, and uncle of Tyler. In lieu of flowers, donations to Nurse Maude Hospice would be appreciated and may be made at the service. Messages to: The Bailey Family, c/- PO Box 6035, Ashburton 7742. A memorial service to celebrate Dave's life will be held at the Hornby Club, 17 Carmen Road, Christchurch, on Sunday, October 19, commencing at 3.00pm.
