David ATTEWELL Obituary
Passed peacefully on May 27, 2016. Dearly loved Dad of Rachel, Amy, and Megan, and Grandad to Sophie. Loved brother and brother-in-law of Lorraine and David, Irene, Derek and Carol, and Richard (Craig), and uncle and great-uncle to his nieces and nephews. Fondly remembered by the Garvey family. In David's memory you are invited to bring a single flower to place on his casket during the service. Messages to the Attewell family, C/- PO Box 263, Kaiapoi 7644. A service to celebrate David's life will be held in the Harewood Crematorium Chapel, entry from Wilkinsons Road off

We go back a long way and we shared a lot of good times. Dave had a smart brain and a quick wit and a great sense of humour. He was a man of integrity and courage and I will miss him. Now where are the keys to that MG......?

I remember David fondly from our school days. Running for the bus and also as one of the local neighbourhood kids. We had lots of laughs and fun. May he rest in peace. Deepest sympathy to the whole family. Regards Catherine garrick

To the Attewell family. I knew and worked with Dave through his Ambulance days. I enjoyed his scene of humor and always there with a smile. Sorry all for your loss and thanks form sharing him with us all. Nyree Rangiora and Kaiapoi St John

All my love to Rachel, Amy and Megan. I met your Dad before you three arrived, he would be jamming in the lounge with Bruce etc. You three Angels arrived and Eyre Pl was a lot busier. I didn't know David was ill, though Dad insists he told me. It's way to early to lose your Dad, so I have no advice. I'm sure David will keep an eye on all of you xx
