HARRIS,
Darryl Wayne (Daz):
Slipped away on Tuesday, January 16, 2018, aged 58. Our beloved husband, dad, son, brother and friend. Cherished husband for 34 years and best friend of Min (Maryanne). Adored dad of Jimmy, and Matt. Thanks to all the medical staff who cared for Daz during his journey.
"We know you didn't have a whole lot of time left, darling, but we hoped to have a longer goodbye. We will love you
and miss you forever."

A celebration of Daz's life will be held in the Sumner School's Old School Hall at 20 Wiggins Street on Tuesday, January 23, 2018, at 2.00pm. Private cremation thereafter.

Dear Min, Jimmy and Matt, we are so very sad to hear of Daz's passing. In the short time we knew him he made a huge impression on me as a true gentleman. I will treasure those last chats in the driveway / garden always. My door is always open and the jug is usually on.Your neighbours at number 81 in Wanaka . Very very sad to hear of Darryl. Remembering Glenmore primary and after that playing with Darryl at Christchurch rygby club . I remember Darryl getting me a sick bag whilst flying up to Wellington . Haven't seen Darryl in a few years but sadly missed .
