Daphne SHEARER Obituary

Passed away peacefully, surrounded by loving family, at Nurse Maude Hospice on September 6, 2024. Adored wife of Derek, beloved mother and mother in-law of Maria and Garry, Mark and Rebecca, loved step-mother of Christian and Amanda, treasured grandmother of Ben, Josh, Matt, Anna, Te One, Kiwi and Mereana. Messages may be addressed to the family of the late Daphne Shearer, C/- PO Box 39127, Christchurch 8545. In accordance with Daphne's wishes, a private cremation has been held. There will be afternoon tea and Chardonnay, on Thursday, September 12 from 2.00pm to 4.00pm at her home for time to remember her and share some memories.
