BIRKIN, Daphne:
On July 5, 2022, passed away peacefully at The Oaks Retirement Village; in her 94th year. Devoted wife of the late Cliff. Most dearly loved mother of the late Susan and mother-in-law of John McCash (Wellington), and proud and loving Nan of Aaron, Gareth and Kristy (Wellington), and Great-Nan. A heartfelt thanks to the staff at The Oaks Retirement Village for the outstanding care shown to Daphne. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society would be much appreciated and may be made at the service. Messages c/- PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. The Funeral Service for Daphne will be held in St Peter's Anglican Church, 23 Yaldhurst Road, Upper Riccarton, on Tuesday, July 12, at 2.00pm. Private cremation thereafter.
