Cora DAVEY Obituary

Dear Cora, I came to see you and I could tell you haven´t been home for some time, so I went over the road and asked Alf, he told me you had passed away in February, I was very fond of you , you were such a dear lovely soul, you kept your garden and house looking so lovely and your fairy corner was special. Now you have joined some of your loved ones, and will be missed by those you left on earth.

It has been my privilege to have known you for so long. Such a wonderful, vibrant Lady, so caring and genuine and a special friend.
We have spent many a time out enjoying conversation and coffee.
Will miss you very much and our lovely times together.

Our deepest sympathy to all her much loved family whom she spoke of always so proudly So happy we have the wonderful memory of a short surprise visit to Cora at her home recently whilst in NZ on Jan13 2023 Found her clipping away in her adored garden Would have been about 35 years since our last contact we worked together at Toll exchange for years Cora was a guest at our wedding back in 1981 Beautiful lady both inside and out I only reminded her the other day I always remember you running late (her reply) l was running to be on time!
