Colleen HANSON Obituary

On September 19, 2025, at Christchurch Hospital, aged 81 years. Loved and treasured mother and mother-in-law of Katie and Brush, Craig, Angela and Graeme. Cherished Nana and Nanny of Mark and Kim, Nicole and Dan, Jess and William. Loved Great-nana and Nanny of Brodie, Rylan, Levi, Madisyn, Harper, Jaxx and Lachlan. Beloved sister and sister-in-law of Linda, Merv and Marg, David and Colleen, John and Diane, Irene and Fred, Elly and Brian. Also, sister of Owen, Kath, Ngaire, Arnie, Grace, Bev (all deceased). Messages may be addressed to the Family of Colleen Hanson, c/- 58 Coleridge Street, Christchurch 8023. A celebration of Colleen's life will be held at the Canterbury Chapel, corner of Linwood Avenue and Keighleys Road, Linwood, on Saturday, September 27, at 11.00am.

Sadly passed away September 19, 2025, surrounded by her loving family. Loved daughter of the late Tom and Rene Austin of Lyttelton. Loved sister and sister-in-law of Linda Manning, Merv and Marg Austin, David and Colleen Austin, John and Diane Austin, Irene and Fred Brown, and Elly and Brian Watkins. We are all going to miss our beautiful sister and sister-in-law. Loved sister and sister-in-law of the late Kath and Jack Gilmore, Grace and Barry Porteous, Arnie Austin, Bev and Dick Lobb, Ny Paul, Pablo Manning and George Kennedy. Treasured aunty and great-aunty of all her nieces and nephews.
