Colin CARLILE Obituary

Sunday, December 7, 2025, at Anthony Wilding Retirement Village. Colin ended his journey peacefully surrounded by his music and family, aged 87 years. Devoted husband of Helen (née Edwards) for 61 years. Loving father and father-in-law of Noel and Nicole; Janet and Graham; and Christine and Michael. Much loved Grandad of Joshua, and Daniel Carlile; Jordan, Claudia, and Charlotte Petrie; and Benjamin, Gabrielle, and Olivia Carlile-Smith, and his great-granddaughter Oakley Petrie. Our grateful thanks for the care of Colin and his family by the staff of Anthony Wilding SCU. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Colin Carlile, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. The service for Colin will be held at St Martins Anglican Church, 50 Lincoln Road, Spreydon, on Monday, December 15, at 1.30pm, a private cremation has been held.

Dear Helen , Janet ,Christine ,Noel and families ,we were saddened to read of your husband, father, father-in-law ,Grandad and Great Grandad's passing, a lovely lovely man.
