Clyde SUGDEN Obituary

Passed away peacefully at Summerset on Cavendish on Saturday, November 4, 2023, aged 96 years. Dearly loved husband of the late Val, and loved father, grandfather and great-grandfather of Graeme and Judith, David and Sharon, and Peter; Victoria and James, Alexander and Michelle; Geoff and Andrea, Philip and Leanne, Bridget and Chris; Oliver and Mackenzie, and Connor. The family wish to express their heartfelt thanks to all the staff at Summerset on Cavendish, and also those at both Christchurch and Burwood Hospitals. A memorial service for Clyde will be held at 10.00am, on Wednesday, November 22, at the John Rhind Funeral Home, entry from London or Whitmore Streets, Christchurch. A private family cremation has taken place. In memory of Clyde, donations to St John Ambulance would be greatly appreciated and may be made online at stjohn.org.nz.
