Clifford Frederick (Bob):
Died peacefully on Friday, August 19, 2022. Dearly loved husband of the late Beth. Loved father and father-in-law of Libby and Tony Svensen, David and Kristin Liggins, Chris and Dianne Thomas Bryan. Special and much loved grandfather of grandchildren and partners; Katie and Pete, Nicky and Charles, Jamie and Harry, Ella and Richie, Gina, Nick and Claire, Bianca, Alexander and the late Elayna. And great-grandfather of James and Lucia. Bob's funeral service will be held at St Stephens Anglican Church, Tahunanui Drive, Nelson on Tuesday, August 30 at 12.30pm. The service will be livestreamed - to obtain these details please email [email protected] The family have requested no flowers please.

Have just learnt of the passing of Bob.Very sad. Bob gave me the start in the Airline Industry which lasted 50 yrs.

Sincere condolences to the family. We remember Bob well as the most senior member of our family. Bob and my father Bill Davies were 1st cousins and their Wootton ancestors arrived in Nelson on board the Flintshire in 1842. We were very impressed with how Bob was looking after himself when we last saw him in 2020 at his Nelson residence and again a little earlier when he called on us in Tawa.
A most distinguished long life and a most impressive relation of ours.

To Bob's family
Our Dad's were great friends. He and Gerry Gerard could be seen in Bob's golf cart enjoying themselves laughing and probably wondering where that ball had gone. He will be sadly missed by you all. Unfortunately I am unable to be there to help you celebrate Bob's life, hold onto all those happy memories.
