Clara MAYES Obituary
On July 18, 2024, at Windsorcare Christchurch, aged 97 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Ian (Mike). Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Robyn and the late lan, Jillian, and Stephen and Wendy. Loved grandmother of Vanessa, Diana, Adam, Phillip, Stephen, Michael, and Sally, loved great-grandmother of Brad, Luke, Samantha, Giuliana, Rosabella, Jax, and Jack. Heartfelt thanks to the team at Windsorcare for their love and care of Fay. Messages may be addressed to The Family of Fay Mayes, c/- PO Box 26112, Christchurch 8148. A Memorial Service to Celebrate Fay's life will be held at Revive Christchurch, 118 Shortland Street, Wainoni, on Wednesday, July 24, at 11.00am.

Sad to hear that Aunty Fay has passed, my memories of Aunty are always of a Loving, kind, Aunt, a very beautiful soul, an Auntie we loved so Very Much.I still can see in my memory AuntyFay and my Dad (your Uncle Jim) laughing together and talking for ages, beautiful smiles on their faces.
