MAGILL,
Christopher Brian (Chris):
On July 2, 2022, passed away peacefully with family by his side at Anthony Wilding, after a very brief illness, aged 66 years. Loved partner of Anne, dearly loved dad of Tom and Stella, Dan and Tracey, loved grandad of Dylan, much loved son of Barbara and the late Brian, loved brother and brother-in-law of Wendy and Chris, the late Jenny and John, loved uncle to all his nieces and nephews.

Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Chris Magill, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In accordance with Chris' wishes a private cremation has taken place.

It is with great regret to hear about the sad passing of Chris I will always remember the great chat we would have each week and the bartering we would do all the time. A great mate will be missed RIP

So sad to hear of your passing Chris. I will always remember you large smile and happiness, we would often chat about your son and his Angus Cattle even the mad cows that got out and filled a few freezers.. you cutting up Blue Gum with your Stihl and id say get a Husky :) You will be missed by alot of people.. Rest easy Chris

I am so sorry to hear the news about Chris today. I worked as a contractor to South Island Forklifts and dealt with Chris on a regular basis. One of the nicest guys I had the pleasure of dealing with, He used to call me "Smiley" and even on a day where I wasn´t smiling I soon would be after having a quick catch up with him. I will miss him a lot & wish his family all the very best in this tough time.
