Christopher HELEM Obituary

After a courageous battle, sadly Chris passed away on August 20, 2023, aged 61 years. Beloved partner of Colleen Beatty, devoted and much loved Dad of Hannah, Jack, and Max, and their partners Branden, and Caitlin. Treasured son of Reg and Faye Helem, and loved brother of Sue and Dave, and Mike and Emily. "You were a dearly loved friend and mentor to many. You will be missed!" Special thanks to the Christchurch Haematology Team, B6 Christchurch Hospital, Dr Maggie, MDU Ashburton Hospital, the District Nursing Team, and Rakaia Medical Centre. A service to celebrate Chris' life will be held at The Rakaia Community Centre, 55 Elizabeth Avenue, Rakaia, on Friday, August 25, 2023, commencing at 1.30pm, followed by interment at the Rakaia Cemetery.
