CURRIE, Christopher Vivian:
On December 10, 2015, at Cashmere View Hospital, five days after his 80th birthday. Dearly loved husband of Grace for 52 years, loved father and father-in-law of Elizabeth, Geoff and Hillary, and Peter, loved Grandpa of Lachlan, and Charlotte; and William, and Georgina. How we will miss you. We give thanks for a life well lived through the grace of our Saviour Jesus Christ. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Chris Currie, PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. The Funeral Service for Chris will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Wednesday, December 16, at 10.00am.

A sad loss of a real gentleman with a strong Christian faith and values. It was a privilege to have worked with him for over 25 years in the capacity as Accountant for his Company.

Chris served on the committee of SW Underground for many years, a group at SW Baptist that supports Christians who have been persecuted for their faith in the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob. A man with a warm pastoral heart. Chris, looking forward to seeing you again.
