On August 1, 2015, at home in Brisbane, suddenly. Loved partner of Sandra, and special father of Julia and Bella. Cherished son of Rosalie and the late Terry. Brother to Sue, Sally, Judi and the late David. Christopher will be greatly missed by all his family and friends. A service was held in Brisbane yesterday to farewell Christopher.
