It is with great sadness to hear of the passing of Chris. To Carly, our heartfelt sympathy to you and your family. Your grandchildren will surely miss their bouncy granddad.
Being at good old Riccarton High all those years ago. The rugby & athletics. They were fun days on the sports field and also in the class room. Chris had a way with the teachers. His personality enabled him to wind them up a bit. I wonder if he ever let his pupils do the same.
How lucky we were to catch with you a couple of summers ago.
Rest in peace my friend.

Hello Carolyn and Baker family. If my memory serves Chis and I share the same age and month birthdays, and the Baker family were our old neighbors 2 down, back in the day. Can still see him darting around on the wing, he could run you know!!!! Another one of the teachers who migrated south to Riverton and stayed. Thanks you for your service with your professional work, and volunteer work, this attitude is the glue that holds us together, in the community. Can we quote Psalms 90:10, The days of our lives are seventy years; And if by reason of strength they are eighty years,Yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; For it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
