Just saying see you soon and how much we will have to catch up on and maybe listen to a little Dire Straits. You were there in my heart when I got to see them live but would have been even better if you had been there in person. You are beautiful my friend. Love you. I'm playing your favorite- So Far Away. See you on the flip side .

I am so sad to know that my dear friend has passed away and that we can no longer have our frequent chats and laughs. Rest peacefully my dearest Christine. With all my love, Patsy Davidson.

I have known Christine since we were 5years old and we came in and out of each other's lives right up until last year. I flatted with Chris in the 70s and she even dated my brother Tony at one point. We shared many many adventures together. I moved to Aussie for the 80s and then I ran into her at old St Martin's shop 3weeks before I moved to the States. She was helping an elderly lady Beryl do her shopping which was so typical of the beautiful person I always knew. I came home 6 years ago and hoped I could find her. Christmas 2018 I found another woman wonderful friend from our early days- Phyllis and through her I was able to send Christine a letter telling her everything I wanted her to know. It was an amazing privilege to be able to do that. I have loved her all our lives and I am so blessed to be able to let her know that. I will go on loving her. Until I see her again I have amazing memories of her. Thanks to Phyllis for finding her for me. Love you forever Chris ❤

Chris was a very special friend who was always cheerful, positive, loyal and incredibly courageous in her fight against the illness which sadly took her from us. We will always remember her with love and our thoughts are with her loved ones during this time. Anita and Garry.

In speaking for myself, I know that I am also especially speaking on behalf of my two sisters (Dawn White and Shirley Langrish). We all loved Christine who was so helpful to my sisters and so sweet to all three of us always. Such a sad loss. Olly Pitcaithly
