Christine QUANE Obituary

On October 24, 2023, passed away peacefully at Edith Cavell Lifecare, Sumner, aged 77 years. Dearly loved wife of Denis, loved Mum of Ben and Jonelle, and Blair and Emily, adored Granny of Harrison, and Olivia. Loved sister of Robert, Margaret (deceased), Averil, David, Rosalind, and John. Sincere thanks to Kay, and the staff of Edith Cavell for their care of Chris. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Chris Quane, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. A Celebration of Chris' life will be held in the Sumner Surf Life Saving Club, 301 Main Road, Sumner, on Wednesday, November 1, at 2.00pm, private cremation thereafter.

Dear Denis, Ben & Blair, my condolences to you at this sad point of time for you, on Christine´s passing. She was a lovely lady and I always enjoyed catching up with her at Surf Life Saving occasions.
You will ultimately have great memories to recall of her, times and activities you enjoyed as a family. You led an interesting life, expericing a huge range of activities which will be nice to revisit as time goes on. Love Lindsay Sneddon.
