Charmaine, you were such a special person. Determined, committed, kind, loving, bubbly, wicked, wicked sense of humor, amazingly positive and bloody stubborn. I feel so privileged to have known you for 30 plus years. I loved our chats, wines, haircuts & phonecalls. You are inspiring! I have always loved chatting about life with you. I loved your visit. So special. You were so committed to giving your boys the best version of their life. They should be so proud of you. You are one of the kindest, most selfless people I no. I'm sorry I can't make your celebration but I will have a drink for/with you tomorrow, with Adil. Love to your family, especially Riley & Jack. Rest easy my friend, no more pain xxxx

The year you opened the shop is the year I became a customer and then a friend. 25 odd years of catching up with every haircut, all through the kids growing up, weddings then grandbabies. You always asked for news of them. Always full of life and never a dull moment in the chair. You lived life to the fullest even in the face of what the future held. You will be missed Charmaine. Fly high

Charmaine, you are such an inspiration to life. Not only were you my best hairdresser for many years, but also a caring, loving friend. Your advice never went unnoticed and I feel very priviledged to have you in my life for so many years. Taken from us too soon. Rest in love and peace and without any pain now. So sorry to hear about Charmaine. She was my mums hairdresser and went out of her way to go to my mums house to perm her hair as my mum could not handle leaving the house as she got older. Unfortunately my mum also passed away the day before Charmaine. This is a hard time for you all my thoughts are with you. Thankyou for going that extra mile RIP Charmaine.

What an amazing selfless woman you have been Charmaine. Larger than life in so many ways, but always sensitive, kind and generous to others.
Rest easy dear lady, you certainly touched many lives. I feel privileged to have known you. Like so many I shared your laughter, joy, and love of life and witnessed your courage, strength and determination.

As with many, not just my hairdresser but my friend. Such a spunky, bubbly young woman with such a positive outlook I could only aspire to. Never an utter of pain or remark of the deck of cards life had dealt you. You only strived to be a loving Mother, Sister, Daughter, Family Member and friends to those around you. A true role model for those of us who loved you. Rest in peace lovely, Charmaine-you we´re one in a million!

My beautiful cousin, your light shone so brightly and you brought joy to all that knew you. I have such fond memories of the family picnics we used to go on with all the aunties, uncles and cousins (pictured, and of course you had the brightest smile) you will be dearly missed.

You were such a lovely lady, kind, generous, good natured and very brave. Rest In Peace Charmaine. My thoughts are with your loved ones.

What a ray of sunshine you always were. Never a cup half empty always a cup half full. You were an inspiration and hope that and your positive attitude live on in your dear boys.
20+years ago I started doing the balloons for your July anniversary, is how I met you then opened my shop next door. We had so many laughs and fun times and I almost learnt how to write your appointments in the book when helping you out on the phone. Our Ruby will miss coming in after school and I know she used you as a safe place when she felt threatened on one occasion.

What a wonderful person the world has lost, and way too soon. Such a kind, happy, smiley, cheerful person - right through this journey of hers. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her.
