Charlotte BASCIK Obituary
BASCIK, Charlotte Ruth:
On February 21, 2016, peacefully at Ngaio Marsh Hospital, aged 91 years. Dearly loved wife of the late Richard, loved mother and mother-in-law of Mervin (deceased) and Pauline, loved Nana of Tony, and the late Darin. Loved great-Nana Charlotte of Nelly, Finn, and Olive. Messages to the Bascik family, c/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. The Funeral service for Charlotte will be held at the John Rhind Chapel, entry from London and Whitmore Streets, next Tuesday, March 1, at 1.00pm, followed by burial at the Avonhead Park Cemetery, Hawthornden Road.

Our deepest sympathies. Charlotte was a great friend and comfort to Beth McWha (my mother)while a resident of Kauri Lodge.I have fond memories of some long chats with her over the time I knew her. Our thoughts are with you at this time.

Please accept my deepest sympathy in the loss a very well known resident of Tai Tapu in the early days. I used to sit next to late Mervyn at Tai Tapu Primary School and had fond memories of his Mother and Father. Donald Suckling, Sucklings General Store.
