On April 26, 2022, peacefully at Anthony Wilding Retirement Village, aged 93 years. Adored husband and best friend of the late Anne, cherished father and father-in-law of Simon and Linda, Nicholas and Barbara, Sarah and Paul Numan, Jeremy and Tracey, Celia and Max, Matthew and Sally, Anne and Stuart, Maria and Peter Hendry, and Rachel and Gary Neame, proud grandfather of his twenty-seven grandchildren and fourteen great-grandchildren, much loved brother and brother-in-law, and a loved uncle, cousin, and friend, talented and respected Architect. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Charles Thomas, c/- 172A Peterborough Street, Christchurch 8013. In accordance with Charles' wishes, a private Family Service has been held.
