Charles J. Quinn, 84, of Brentwood, died Sunday, April 18, 2004. Mr. Quinn was a retired machinist for Duquesne Light Company. He was also a member of IBEW Local Union 142 for 55 years and a retired treasurer for B.I. Federal Credit Union for 39 years. Beloved husband of Albena "Bea" Quinn. Dear father of Ann Trageser (Ron), Carol Lipchick (Frank), Patty Fratangelo (Bob), Ron (Beth) and the late Chuckie Quinn. Grandfather of Ron, Kara and Erin Trageser and Amy and Julie Fratangelo. Brother of Catherine Curtin and Loretta Schaming. Friends received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at the CIESLAK & TATKO FUNERAL HOME INC., 2935 Brownsville Road, Brentwood, where funeral Prayer will be at 9:15 a.m. Thursday.
