Catherine MacPHERSON Obituary

On Saturday, January 31, 2026, peacefully at Christchurch Hospital. Aged 79 years. Loved wife of Ian, and dearly loved mother of Gerard, Anna and Carl, Blair and Yvonne, Andrew, and Heather and Craig. The OG Original Granna of Jack, Oscar, Josh, Monty, and Kate. A much-loved sister, aunt, friend, and teacher. Messages for the MacPherson Family may be sent c/- PO Box 26051, North Avon, Christchurch 8148. Cathy's funeral will be live-streamed, and can be viewed via www.johnrhind.co.nz under 'Upcoming Funerals and Streaming'. Requiem Mass will be celebrated at St Gregory's Catholic Church, 26 Cotswold Avenue, Bishopdale, at 10.30am on Saturday, February 7, to be followed by interment at Belfast Cemetery.
