Catherine Sharp (Cath):
On April 23, 2018, passed away peacefully surrounded by family at Anthony Wilding Rest Home Halswell, aged 94 years. Much loved wife of the late Andrew, dearly loved mother of the late James, Kathleen and Tom, and loved mother-in-law of Nicola. Loved Grandma and great-Grandma. Loved aunty to all her nieces and nephews and a great friend to many. The family thank Anthony Wilding staff for their loving care of Cath. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Cath Gillespie, c/- 19 London Street, Christchurch 8013. An afternoon tea to celebrate Cath's life will be held in the church hall of Ss Peter and Paul Church, 56 Nicholls Road, Halswell, This Day (Friday), at 3.00pm, all welcome. In accordance with family wishes a private graveside service for Cath will be held This Day (Friday).

Deepest Sympathy on the very sad loss of a beautiful soul, such a special lady that has run the good race here on earth and is now at rest in the arms of Our Lord, reunited with her beloved Andrew, May God Rest her Soul

I have so many fond memories of Cath, growing up in Halswell. She was a dear and treasured friend to our family for many years and I was so lucky to be able to visit with her at Anthony Wilding only a week ago while home from Australia. My love to you both as you celebrate her life and say good bye to a beatuiful lady. Love Donna Klocke (nee Bone)
