Catherine (nee Carr):
Passed away peacefully, surrounded by family, on September 7, 2022, aged 46 years. Much loved wife of Blair, and loved mother of Millie, Charlie, and Kennedie. Will be sadly missed by family and friends. Messages may be addressed to The Family of the late Catherine Fairbairn, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. In lieu of flowers, donations to the Cancer Society in memory of Catherine would be appreciated and may be made directly online at www.cancer.org.nz. A Celebration of Catherine's life will be held in our Westpark Chapel, 467 Wairakei Road, Burnside, on Thursday, September 15, at 10.00am, private cremation thereafter.

Catherine was an Angel, and worked with me at Hertz in 1996. She was the best employee I have ever had the pleasure to manage. She was so positive, genuine, funny, and hard working. I´m so glad I kept in touch with her, and her memory will live on. Another Angel has flown back to heaven. Sadly missed, never forgotten.
