Jean Grant (Jean):
Of Queenstown. Peacefully, on Saturday, January 28, 2017, at Essie Summers Retirement Village, Christchurch. Just two days short of her 89th Birthday. Dearly loved and devoted wife of the late Jock, cherished mum and mother-in-law of Catherine Boyd (Oxford), Jan and Pat Hickey (Queenstown), Ruth and Max Campbell (West Melton), the late Glenda and the late John McGregor, John and Evelyn Boyd (Queenstown) David and Gillian Boyd (Queenstown), Jenny and Bruce Romeril (Christchurch). Loved and adored Grandma and Great-Grandma to all of her many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. A service to celebrate Jean's life will be held in St Andrew's Presbyterian Church, Stanley Street, Queenstown, at 1.30pm, on Friday, February 3, burial service to follow at Frankton Cemetery. Dearly loved Mum to Jenny, fondly respected mother-in-law of Bruce and the very best Grandma ever to Grant, Melissa, Joshua and Brianna Romeril, Christchurch. Mum/Grandma was a huge part of our lives and we will treasure her forever.
