Special thanks to all the doctors and nursing staff. At Carla's request, no flowers, but donations may be made to Ward 27 Christchurch Hospital. Communications C/- 2 Balcairn Street, Halswell 8025. Our farewell to Carla will be held at the Oaklands Chapel, 2 Balcairn Street, Halswell, Tomorrow (Wednesday), at 10.00 a.m., followed by private cremation. In the care of:
