Carl SHAW Obituary

Passed away at home on March 21, 2025, aged 61 years. Cherished husband of Melanie. Adored Dad of Louise, Lewis and Hannah. Much loved brother of Heather, Hazel and Johanna. Loved friend to Jane, and many others. Carl will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. A special thank you to Nurse Maude and Health Care NZ for their kindness and care. A dear friend and colleague will be sadly missed by myself and all at the Charity Hospital. His mana is mighty, known and respected in the Christchurch medical community and beyond. Kind words have been pouring in from those who knew him and who appreciated Carl's knowledge, wisdom, kindness, professionalism and lovely personality. He will be deeply missed. He will remain a guiding voice in my head.
