My darling husband, a year ago when you left me, my heart was split in two; one side was filled with memories; the other side died with you. I often lay awake at night when the world is fast asleep; and take a walk down memory lane with tears upon my cheeks. Remembering you is easy, I do it everyday; but missing you is a heartache that never goes away. I hold you tight within my heart and there you will remain; you see, life has gone on without you, but will never be the same.

Brian'
Ellenbrae was and still is our favourite place to work in the 13 years that we have been permanent travellers. One of the main reasons for this was Brian and Marcia. It was not a job, but a life that we shared together for the two and a bit seasons that we were there. Since that time together we have shared and followed Brian's illness to his final rest. Brian had a very quick wit that would have us in stitches of laughter or up in arms at the audaciousness of it, which stayed with him through his long battle. We still talk about the times we had with great fondness and we will forever cherish the memories.
Our hearts are saddened with Brian's passing, but we will never forget.
