Brian TWYMAN Obituary
TWYMAN, Brian Sydney:
Sadly, we must announce that Lieutenant Brian Twyman RNZN (retired) passed away peacefully in his sleep in the early hours of Friday 28th September 2018. Brian had been in hospital for some months but was discharged on Wednesday to travel to his new home closer to family in Auckland. Husband to Susan, father to Philip, Chris and Sam, Melanie, grandfather to Rachel, Bradley and Jonathan. We are all very sad that he didn't have longer to enjoy this new part of his adventure, but we are grateful that he has found rest after a long battle with illness. A funeral service will be held on Thursday 4th October at 11.30am at St Andrews Presbyterian Church (in the old chapel). 11 Vincent Street (on the corner of Vincent Street and Ridge Road), Howick, Auckland. A reception to follow, then a private interment.
