Saddened to just learn of Brian's passing, obviously too late to attend the service. My heartfelt sympathy to Rodney and Clint and families. You boys will recall how many years Dad and I played and coached rugby together, and the countless seasons at Hornby Cricket where we won so many competitions with Dad and I leading the team. The highlite of our times together though was without doubt taking the Hornby U15 boys to Sydney in 1981 on an unbeaten 3-game tour. I have so many memories to cherish of times spent with Brian and you two boys as youngsters. My thoughts are with you both.

Rest in Peace Brian - My heart felt condolences to your mother and families. I remember you as my trainee lineman at Sockburn line depot during the late 60's and early 70's. Surfing was your pastime.
