On July 3, 2023, unexpectedly, after a short illness, at Dunedin Hospital; aged 78 years. Dearly loved husband of Adrienne, dearly loved father and father-in-law of Robin and Sandra, and Tracey, treasured Grandy of Rose; Oliver, and Aiden, loved son of the late Betty and Jim, a loved brother of Merilyn, and loved brother-in-law and uncle. As per Brian's wishes a private family burial has been held.
