Dear Rosemary
I am deeply saddened to read that Brian had passed away last year. I wanted to offer my sincere condolences to you and your family.
Brian was such an inspiration to me whilst under his wing at The Canterbury Institute. I have such fond memories of working alongside you all and will always be enormously grateful for the time and patience Brian gave to me. Such a wealth of knowledge and skills that he endeavoured to teach and to share. He was indeed a pioneer amongst the physiotherapy field and moulded a huge part of the manual therapist that I became as a result of his positive influence. I will always remember his never ending enthusiasm he had for his work, always with new techniques and research to share. It wad such a privilege to be part of his practice and an honour to call him my mentor.
My love to you Rosemary. I am planning to visit NZ next year with my family, and hope that I will be able to come and see you.

Dear Rosemary,
I am in shock to find this news this morning and want to express my heartfelt sympathy to you and your family.
Brian was a pioneer in his field and he made a huge impact on mine. I learned so much from him as he shaped my own physio career. I am in NZ again and I would be honored to see you! My email is [email protected].
Many blessings,

To Rosemary and Family so sorry to hear of the passing of Brian. We have many fond memories of Brian in recents times enjoying his well earned retirement in the Marlborough Sounds, lovely to reconnect as a neighbour and a friend after many years.
We both appreciated the number of professional hours spent with Brian in his physio rooms, a very caring and knowledgeable man, especially the care he gave to John in his rugby days.
Rest in peace, never to be forgotten
