How very sad to hear of my old rock-n-roll partner's passing. Every Saturday night at the Friendlies Hall. Brian was David's locking partner in the Old Boys' rugby Senior team. Happy memories. Our love to Glenda and the family. Ann and David Absalom.

Sad to hear of Brian's passing. I met Brian in the 60s when he lived and worked in Greymouth. Unfortunately our paths have not passed often over the latter years but have fond memories. He will certainly be missed. Cannot attend funeral but hopefully can catch up at Westport.
