Brian HAWKE Obituary
Passed away peacefully in his sleep at home on Friday, May 19, 2023, at the age of 91. Much loved husband of the late Valda, father and father-in-law of Tim and Dinah, Sue and Peter, Bev and the late Hamish, Ken and Marlene, KC and Bruce. Adored Grandpop of his 13 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Friday, June 2, 11.00am, at Northbrook Chapel, Spark Lane, Rangiora. Brian was always a great friend to the Rotary Club of Rangiora and in his later years he was always a reliable attendee of the meetings. I will always remember him as a gentle and supportive person for whom I will always have fond memories. He will be missed by many , who knew him, in the club but even more so by his nearest and dearest. I offer my condolences to his family especially.
