Brian HANLON Obituary

Brian passed away peacefully on January 5, 2025, at Nelson Tasman Hospice, after a long battle with Multiple Myeloma. Aged 75 years. Dearly loved and cherished husband of Barbara. Treasured father and father-in-law of Jeremy and Kylie, Jonathan and Anya and the late Charlotte. Loving and adored grandfather of Nina, Logan, Toby and Cooper; and Louis and Elliott. Our very grateful thanks to Doctors Kathryn Crosier, Raewyn Broady and Andre Bonny; Oncology District Nurse Celia Ryan; Haematology Department Nelson Hospital; Nelson Tasman Hospice and Nurse Maude for your dedicated care to Brian. In lieu of flowers, a donation in Brian's memory, to Nelson Tasman Hospice would be appreciated. www.nelsonhospice.org. Great memories of helping Brian build my starling yacht in the basement of our Sumner home. He was very meticulous and built some beautiful p class and starling yachts and taught me a lot. Lots of memories with him and the boys at different sailing contests.
