Following his retirement, he and Carol moved to Little River where he enjoyed his time riding his bikes, boating, fishing, and crabbing. Ken was a skilled sharpshooter and a volunteer with the Low Country Preserve Gun Club.
Ken had a true passion for rescuing and trying to save any animal in need. He leaves behind two rescue cats, Sassy and Taz and his beloved rescue dog, Sunny.
