BARRON,
Brian Douglas (Barney):
(2nd NZ Regiment Band, Malaya) on February 16, 2017, passed away suddenly at home aged 80 years. Loved father and father-in-law of Lisa and Egon, and Maria. Bu Bu of Rosa and Luke, dearly loved by all his family and friends.

Messages to the Barron Family, c/- 19 London St, Christchurch 8013. In lieu of flowers donations to The Order of St John would be appreciated and may be made at the service. A memorial service for Barney will be held in the Woolston Club, Hargood Street, on Wednesday, February 22, at 1.00pm.

Its hard to put into words what you meant to me Uncle Brian. Your love and kindness during the hardest of times got me through. You and Dad showed me about standing up for what you believe in, even if it against the popular view. You were always there to help other people and would of given the shirt off your back if you were asked. Super proud to call you my Uncle. Loved always. Much love xxxx
