Born in Boras, Sweden, to Sixten and Soli Fransson. Brothers Stig, Bengt, Lars, and sister Marie. Adored wife of Monty. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Karl and Vanessa (Australia), and Sigrid and Stuart. Proud Grandmother of Lucy and Harriet; Silvia, and Spencer. Messages may be addressed to: The family of the late Bea Claxton, c/- PO Box 39001, Christchurch 8545. Birgit's warm, generous, intelligent nature, will be missed by many. A private cremation has been held. A celebration of her wonderful, full life will take place at home in the coming weeks, when the dust has settled.
