Billie MILLAR Obituary

Learning the passing of my friend really hit me. I know with her love for God she is resting in His bosoms. Rest in peace Mrs.Millar

Saddened to read of aunty Billy´s passing. 94 years young she always so bright and animated. Such a long life lived I have many happy memories of her . Please accept our deepest sympathy. Lesley Campbell Riverton

Reading Billie's death notice brought back some happy childhood memories of Millar family get togethers. One particular memory is spending time with Billie and Noel when they were living in the hotel at Bluff. The idea of living in a hotel fascinated a young child.
Later I enjoyed catching up with them when they had the magazine shop in Invercargill.
Our parents, Mac and Marie, always appreciated that Billie and Noel visited them when visiting Dunedin and kept them up to date with the Millar family news.
