We were saddened to hear of Bev's passing. All of you were wonderful neighbors and friends in Fort St John. Bev was a kind, cheerful and good friend to me. The last time I spoke with her on the phone visiting in Canada, she said, isn't it amazing how a stone can start a lifetime friendship between Lynn and Lisa, and we laughed. All our sympathies to Lynn, Kath, Rob and families.

To Kath, Rob ,Lynn and all your families,
We were so saddened to hear of the loss of your mum. Growing up I always thought she was so exotic, coming to Canada from New Zealand and making her life in Olds. How adventurous!!I also remember how proud she was of all her children. She was always gracious, sympathetic and a great listener. She will be greatly missed. I hope the strength of your family and friends will help ease your pain. Aunty Bev will be missed !
hugs and prayers,

Dear Kathie, Lynn, Rob, Doug and your families; Aunty Bev was very dear to all us Canadian cousins. She was always cheery and fun to be with. She seemed to love to take photos as I do, we would often be standing in the same spot trying to get a good family shot. The attached picture shows her standing on a bench taking pictures at Grandma and Grandpa Stewart's Sunday dinner in the driveway shade, 1968.

Doug,Rob,Kath,Lynn and families, still hard to find the right words in times of such sorrow and great loss. My email still says it best. She will always be remembered fondly by our family for her brave spirit and fun loving soul who was like a second mom to me during my young teen years.Love to you All

Six months ago Bev and I said goodbye although neither one of us expected it to be our final goodbye. She was my gracious hostess for five days during a Canadian's
very exciting trip to NZ. We laughed together, sharing old times and she drove me around in her car - a lot. So nice to see my kiwi cousins, some for the first time! I will hold my memories close until someday when Bev and I meet again.

Mum, none of us were prepared for your sudden diagnosis of cancer, much less the speed at which it stole you from us. We were so proud of the strong and gracious way in which you coped with everything it threw at you. We will miss you so so much. Love you Mum. XX
