Beverley PENNEY Obituary

It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Bev, on Saturday, August 2, 2025, at Charles Upham Retirement Village, Rangiora; aged 96 years. Bev was the youngest daughter of the late Hazel and Fred Bearne, a treasured wife of the late Mel, and a much loved younger sister of Val. A loved mother and mother-in-law of Vaughan and Kathryn, loved nana of Carl and Angela, great-nana of Joshua and Beau, and a loved aunt and great-aunt of all her nieces and nephews. Our heartfelt thanks go to all the wonderful staff at Charles Upham Rangiora, for their devoted love and care of Bev. Special thanks also to the many residents of Charles Upham Rangiora, who befriended Bev. Thanks also to the Amberley Medical Centre and St John Ambulance for their dedicated care of Bev.
