Beverley LIGHT Obituary

On Friday, February 6, 2026, peacefully at The Oaks; aged 88 years. Dearly loved wife of the late George, much loved mother and mother-in-law of Stephen, Suzanne and Neil, adored granny of Luke and Harry, beloved sister of Leicester, Pam and Derek, and sister-in-law and aunty. The family wish to acknowledge the care extended to Bev by the staff at The Oaks. Messages to the Light family c/o PO Box 111-01, Christchurch 8443. A Celebration of Bev's life will be held in the Academy Funeral Services Chapel, 65 Main South Road, Upper Riccarton, on Friday, February 13, at 10.00am.

We knew Bev when George was building his flats in George Street Riccarton where we lived opposite. The children were young. Bev was always a friendly helpful lady happy to chat. Our condolences to the family
