ASHWORTH, Beverley Grace
(nee Chapman):
Peacefully at home on July 23, 2016. Dearly loved wife and companion for 58 years to Jim. Loved mother of Vicki and Kelvin. Much loved Gran and Nan of her grandchildren. At Bev's wish, a private cremation has been held. Many thanks for the wonderful care by Dr Rex Yule and his team at the Amberley Medical Centre and the Amberley District Nurse team. Messages to the Ashworth family, C/- PO Box 35, Rangiora 7440.
