SMALL, Bevan Bartlett:
RNZAF 826093. Passed away peacefully on Sunday, May 14, 2023 at Christchurch Hospital, in his 85th year. Loved father and father-in-law of Stephen and Christine Small, Andrew and Tania Small, Nicola and Marcel Walker, and Jonathan Small. Cherished grandfather of Madison and Cameron Walker, Logan, Nathan and Emma Small, Jacob Lee and Alexis Simpson. Much loved husband of the late Alison Hogg, and loved friend of the Hogg family. Messages may be addressed to the family of the Late Bevan Small, c/- Hope Funerals Christchurch, 27 Amyes Road, Hornby, Christchurch 8042. A celebration of life will be held at Archer Village Auditorium, on Tuesday, May 23 at 10.30am. Street parking is available on Webley Street.

We have just learnt of Bevan's death as we did not receive his usual calendar and lovely newsletter, first of all may we say how sorry we were to hear this and also to express our condolences to his beloved children and grandchildren, and to pray that he is now at peace with his beloved Alison.
Their friendship and kindness to us is beyond any words and we now hope that he enjoys the great reward that he so deserves, Margaret & Anna, U.K.

Just read on line while in Edinburgh of Beavan's death . So sad to know that. He was a lovely friend. Aird and I will miss him.
