Wendy wishes to inform everyone of the passing of her precious Mum Betty on November 2, 2016, at Christchurch Hospital. Loved wife of the late Theo Underwood, and late son Gary. Loved by all her family and friends. We will all miss her loving and caring ways. Beautiful memories. Thank you to all the staff of Bookhaven and ward 27 Christchurch Hospital for their loving care.

At Mum's request she has been privately cremated.
