On February 13, 2023, peacefully at Radius Hawthorne; at 91 years 11 months and 21 days. Dearly loved wife of the late Laurie Hawkins, mother of Julie and the late Dave, adored Grandmother of Hayley, Stacey and Chris and the late Kim and Cameron. Much loved Grn of Jacob, Mason, Sophie, Aria and Kobe. A service to celebrate Betty's life will be held at Northbrook Chapel and Rossburn Receptions, Spark Lane, Rangiora, on Tuesday, February 21, at 2.00pm. Messages to Betty's family can be sent c/- PO Box 35, Rangiora 7440.

I have very fond memories of Betty and always enjoyed the time I spent with her. She loved telling me about her family, especially the antics of the great grandchildren. She loved you all and was very proud. It was my great pleasure to know her.
