BARLASS, Betty Muriel
(nee Counihan):
Peacefully, on Thursday, April 5, 2018, aged 91 years, at Christchurch Hospital, surrounded by loving family. Adored wife of the late Noel for 60 years. Much loved mother and mother-in-law of the late Carol, Wendy and George Cox, Julie and Allan Mennie, Denise and Paul, and Philip and Lisa Barlass. Loved Nana of Gwenyth, Geoffrey, Erin, James, Blair, Megan, Alan, Samantha, Hayley, and Ashlee. Great-Nana of Taylor, Gabriel, Mitchell, and Esther.

a loving smile

Than to have the choicest blooms when my stay on earth must end.

Than flattery when my heart is still and life has ceased to be.
