Betsy HAY Obituary

HAY, Betsy Morrison:
Peacefully on May 23, 2023 at Burwood Hospital with her beloved family, aged 93. Dearly loved wife and soulmate of Ian (dec); much cherished Mum and mother-in-law of David and Mary, Bruce and Shirley, Reece and Kylie, Grant and Jenny, Donna and Jeremy, Vicki and Stewart, Cleave and Amanda, and Sandra. Treasured Grandma to her 18 grandchildren and GG to her 15 great-grandchildren.
No more suffering, no more pain.
Heartfelt thanks to the management and staff at Kauri Lodge, Christchurch and Burwood Hospitals. As per Betsy's wishes, a private cremation has been held. Messages may be addressed to The Hay Family, c/- 59 Westpark Drive, Christchurch 8053.

What a lovely Mum and Grand Mum you all had, she was a delight to be with at any visit we had. She is now at peace with Ian, such a great couple, it was a pleasure to have known them both and such wonderful memories you will all have, to keep and cherish.
