My wonderful mother who passed away peacefully on September 23,2016.With tears in my eyes I held your hand as you passed. I know you will be with Dad and Carol now. We have a heavy heart but our memories of your tenderness, smile and laughter will remain with us until we meet again.
You will never ever be forgotten.
